• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, HR Technology, IT, or a related field. • Basic knowledge of HR software systems (ATS, payroll, employee management tools). • Experience with programming languages (PHP, JavaScript, Python) and frameworks (Laravel, React, or Node.js) is a plus. • Understanding of databases (SQL) and API development • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
