• Assist in chatbot development and support for customer service automation. • Help develop and implement AI-driven customer service solutions. • Support design and deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. • Assist in AI-based data processing and analytics for decision-making. • Participate in machine learning model training, testing, and deployment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI/ML systems. • Document AI/ML models, processes, and code. • Strong problem-solving, analytical mindset, and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and in a team. • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new AI/ML technologies.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field. • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). • Familiarity with chatbot frameworks and natural language processing (NLP). • Experience with AI-driven automation, RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus. • Knowledge of data analytics and data processing tools (Python, SQL, Pandas). • Experience with model training and deployment in real-world environments is a plus
