The Robotics Technology for Kids program is designed to ignite creativity and critical thinking in young learners while introducing them to the exciting world of robotics. Through a hands-on approach, students learn the basics of robotics and mechanics, exploring how robots function and are designed. They also engage in programming robots using kid-friendly platforms like Scratch and advanced tools such as Arduino, making the process both educational and enjoyable.
Students work on collaborative projects where they build and program robots to solve real-world challenges. These activities foster curiosity and teamwork while enhancing technical skills. Over the 6-month duration, participants develop a strong foundation in robotics and coding, laying the groundwork for future exploration in STEM fields. The program boosts problem-solving abilities and inspires a lifelong interest in technology and innovation.
